Bella's Bakery
A beloved local bakery needed to bring their famous pastries online.
The Challenge
Bella's Bakery had been a neighbourhood favourite for 15 years, but they were losing customers to chains with slick online ordering. Their existing website was a single page with just a phone number — no menu, no online orders, no way to compete in the digital age. During the pandemic, they nearly closed because customers couldn't easily order for pickup.
The Solution
We built a warm, inviting website that captured the bakery's personality while adding serious functionality. The centrepiece was a custom online ordering system integrated with their existing till. Customers could now browse the full menu with mouth-watering photos, place orders for pickup or local delivery, and even schedule orders for special occasions. We also added a 'daily specials' section Bella could update herself in seconds.
The Results
